Is there public transport to the salon?
Yes, There is a bus stop just a couple of doors down. See a map here.
What do I do if I am running late?
Please call or msg as soon as you know that you will be late. We understand that sometimes things happen that are out of our control and will do our best to accommodate. So that we are not inconveniencing other clients we may need to reschedule your appointment.
Will I be reminded of my appointment?
Yes. You will receive a text reminder the day before so please provide your correct mobile number upon making your appointment.
What if I am unhappy with my hair?
Due to thorough consultations and experience we find it rare to have unhappy guests although if the situation does arrive, we are very dedicated to rectify or adjust your hair to give you your desired look. Clients must contact within two weeks of original services.
Where do I park?
There is plenty of street parking as well as car parks diagonally opposite at Beth Boyd park.
How do I make an appointment?

What if I need to cancel my appointment?
We get it, sometimes things just come up but so that you aren't taking someone else's appointment, we expect that when canceling, as much notice as possible is given.
Can I come in for a consultation?
Yes, A free consultation can be provided by appointment to analyse your hair needs and answer any questions.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash payments and provide EFTPOS facilities for all cards excluding American Express.
